Petrol bombs were thrown, shops looted and eight officers injured during violent riots in Tottenham following a protest over the fatal shooting of a man by police. A crowd of around 300 set fire to buildings, bins and vehicles, while missiles and petrol bombs were thrown in Tottenham High Road on Saturday night and into Sunday morning.
